DESCRIPTION OF PROYECT

The Universidad Laboral is the building with the greatest area built in Spain, with its 27000 m² it was meant at first like a center for the education of orphans with a capacity of 1000 pupils. In 2011 the government of the Principalty of Asturias carried out a proyect with the objective of bringing new life to the building. Nowadays, the Univerdiad Laboral has in its facilities the headquartersof the Principalty radio and television, Laboral Center of Art and Industrial Creation, the Integrated Training Center, the dramatic art and professional dance school, a church, the Café, theater, paraninfo and the faculty of commerce, tourism and social sciences.

SCOPE

MEDIUM AND LOW VOLTAGE. In the spaces occupied by the University of Oviedo (classrooms, seminars and offices), the Library, the Café and the Auditorium:

• Supply and installation of force and lighting
• Supply and installation of structured cabling consisting of 65,000m of cat6 FTP cable and more than 1,300 sockets
• Supply and installation of public address and CCTV system
• Suministro e instalación de sistema de anti-intrusión en BibliotecaSupply and installation of anti-intrusion system in Library

FIRE SAFETY

• Supply and installation of automatic and manual fire detection system in the spaces occupied by the University of Oviedo (classrooms, seminars and offices), the Library, the Cafe and the Auditorium
• Supply and installation of manual fire extinguishing system through stainless steel pipe press-fitting in the Library
