DESCRIPTION OF PROYECT

The new Palace of Exhibitions and Congresses has been designed by the architec Santiago Calatrava . It is a elliptical building with an area of 15640 m² in three floors , a great hall and a main room with a capacity for 2050 people  in addition to another 14 modular romos. It also has a parking with three levels and a capacity for 1777 cars and a comercial zone with an area near to 52000 m² . The elliptical building of the Palace of Congresses  is wrapped  by another building in U shape which has in his base a hotel of 7000m² with 155 rooms. The arms of the U are destined to the administration offices of the Principado  de Asturias and they occupy  more than 11000m².

SCOPE

MEDIUM AND LOW VOLTAGE:

• Supply and installation of lighting
• Supply and installation of generator sets with automatic switching, UPS and capacitor bank
• Supply and installation of distribution network
• Supply and installation of PA system, telephony, television and CCTV

FIRE SAFETY

• Supply and installation of automatic and manual fire detection system
• Supply and installation of fire extinguishing system through BIES network, sprinklers and fire extinguishers
