DESCRIPTION OF PROYECT

The Bioclimatic Building is the third Arfrisol building , the bioclimatic architecture and solar cold proyect boosted by the Science and Innovation Ministry and coordinated by Ciemat. The objective of this project is to demonstrate that is possible so save between a 80 and a 90% of conventional energy by using bioclimatic criteria in the desing and construction. The building has an area of 1475 m² dedicated to offices and outdoor spaces , the building combines pasive solar strategies and active tecniques , such as solar collectors and photovoltaic modules.

• Engineering, supply and installation of the public address system
• Supply and installation of anti-intrusion system

FIRE SAFETY

• Engineering, supply and installation of automatic and manual fire detection system
• Supply and installation of manual fire extinguishing system
